Due to some recent USPS issues of non-delivered items via APC Machine - all flag purchases will now be via USPS first class @ 5.25.  One issue recently was due to a buyer not updating to their new address and their old address tenants stealing their old mail and the USPS not properly forwarding their mail.  I aim to keep shipping low but this has forced me to do this change in shipping.  Having been on Ebay for over 20 years - I prefer to keep costs low but several refunds due to lack of shipping tracking via First Class APC machine shipping has caused this.
